Establishing Professional Contacts and Expanding Resources

This week we were to contact at least two Early Childhood professionals from a different country, to establish a relationship with them and expand on our resources.  When I first looked at the assignment, I thought I am going to go for alternative number 2, which was to do research on a website. But I decided to go on the UNICEF website and send emails to Australia, Madagascar, Fiji, and South America. I choose these countries because I am interested in visiting them and getting to know more about their early childhood programs. I am now waiting to hear back from these countries that I contacted. I look forward to meeting new people from other countries and learning about their programs.

  1. Hello Brittany,
I also contacted a couple of countries with UNICEF. I got emails from the UNICEF organization but not the program itself so I am also waiting. Hopefully we both hear from their programs. I also almost chose Fiji so will be interested if you hear from them. Good luck in your search. Dora Adafom

  2. Hi Brittany,
I will look forward to hearing about early childhood education in Australia, Madagascar and Fiji. All of those places are locations that I would love to visit. I hope they all answer your emails because it will be very interesting to learn about early childhood in those countries. I will check back on your blog when we have to post information.
